Coordinator - Workplace Services

Role Overview

The Coordinator - Workplace Services will spearhead the digital transformation of workplace-related services by creating and refining digital tools that enhance employee experience and boost operational efficiency. This position focuses on converting traditional manual processes, spreadsheets, and data logs into interactive dashboards, automated workflows, and accessible digital applications, achieved through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external technology vendors.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve digital workplace applications, tools, and dashboards.
• Transform static spreadsheets, databases, and operational logs into dynamic, automated real-time reporting systems.
• Contribute to the design and deployment of mobile and web-based applications supporting workplace services.
• Collaborate with external technology providers to build and enhance digital workplace platforms continually.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline manual workflows and elevate service quality.
• Ensure all digital solutions prioritize user experience, scalability, and alignment with the overall workplace strategy.
• Aggregate and integrate data from various sources to deliver actionable insights supporting decision-making processes.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in developing mobile or web applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, or comparable low-code development platforms.
• Expertise in data visualization techniques, dashboard construction, and automating workflows.
• Clear understanding of API utilization, system integration processes, and database fundamentals.
• Strong analytical mindset complemented by problem-solving capabilities and effective stakeholder relationship management.
