Senior Manager - Financial Analysis & Modeling

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager specializing in Financial Analysis and Modeling to lead efforts in crafting, updating, and governing financial models for a diverse portfolio of key strategic development projects. The role demands an expert in financial modeling, investment evaluation, business forecasting, and providing strategic insights to top management.

Key Duties

• Create and manage advanced financial models, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), project financing, and scenario analysis frameworks.
• Oversee feasibility assessments and analyze investment prospects.
• Evaluate project and overall portfolio results using metrics like Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Return on Equity (ROE), cash flows, and profitability indicators.
• Develop detailed business plans, prepare forecasts, and offer financial recommendations to management teams and investment committees.
• Implement sensitivity and "what-if" analyses to guide strategic choices.
• Critically assess commercial and financial assumptions within development projects.
• Generate executive-level reports, investment summaries, and presentations for senior leadership reviews.
• Champion ongoing enhancements in financial modeling techniques, reporting standards, and analytic procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or closely related disciplines.
• At least eight years of professional experience in financial analysis, advanced modeling, investment evaluation, or project finance management.
• Proven capability in constructing and handling complex financial models.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel for financial modeling purposes.
• Hands-on experience with DCF valuation methods, feasibility analysis, business forecasting, and planning.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and delivering presentations.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
