Role Overview

As a Delivery Driver, you will be the public face representing Insomnia Cookies by ensuring timely and friendly delivery of our products. Whether driving a vehicle or riding a bike, you'll provide a warm, positive experience for our customers throughout the delivery process, contributing to our goal of 'Owning the Night'.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully verify each order for quality and accuracy prior to dispatch.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream promptly and safely to customers within the service area.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers both in person and over the phone.
• Utilize the company's delivery application following operational standards to give accurate updates to customers regarding their orders.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a personal vehicle and valid insurance registered to yourself.
• A clean, recent driving record obtained from the Ministry of Transportation Ontario.
• Possession of at least a G2 driver’s license with a minimum of two years’ driving experience.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing, along with basic math skills necessary for handling customer payments.
• Familiarity with the area within a 5-kilometer radius of York University is advantageous.
• Requirement to display a lit topper sign on the vehicle during working hours.
