Contract Associate Manager

About the Role

As part of Contract Management, you will collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams through all contract stages, ensuring maximum value and managing risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support contract management teams across multiple projects and accounts, aligning efforts with client priorities and strategic objectives.
• Provide guidance and feedback to contract management staff and contribute to performance management initiatives.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contractual risks in collaboration with project leadership to achieve optimal results.
• Participate in pre-sales engagements, advising sales and business teams on contractual terms and deal shaping, including contract drafting assistance.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts as a client-facing representative of the contract management function.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Membership in professional bodies such as World Commerce and Contracting (formerly IACCM) or National Contract Management Association (NCMA), or possession of similar certifications is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in contract management.
• Proven experience in leading and conducting investigations related to compliance, employment, and government matters, along with preparing confidential reports and advising senior leadership on associated risks.
• Strong understanding of local ethics, compliance, employee rights, and relevant legislation.
• Extensive expertise in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with client executives at all organizational levels.
• Basic knowledge of commercial contracting regulations, subcontracting practices, and contractual terms and conditions.
