Integrated Delivery Lead

Job Overview

This role involves managing and leading the full lifecycle of several simultaneous projects within a larger program, ensuring that different workstreams are coordinated, integrated seamlessly, and executed effectively to fulfill overall program goals in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, governance, and delivery of multiple linked projects.
• Oversee dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation management among various workstreams.
• Develop and maintain a unified program roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives.
• Ensure delivery excellence by tracking milestones, budgets, quality criteria, and resource usage.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders, sponsors, and project managers to reach program targets.
• Support decision-making and resolve cross-functional challenges affecting timelines.
• Deliver periodic program status reports and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Manage change effectively and maintain strong communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the program.
• Enforce adherence to established project management frameworks and governance standards.
• Champion initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance program performance and delivery results.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related disciplines is required; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• At least 10 years of extensive experience in program, project, or delivery management roles.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in engaging with executive stakeholders and leading strategic initiatives.
