Job description
Role Overview
The Construction Manager will oversee all on-site construction processes related to data center projects, ensuring that operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Duties
- Supervise everyday construction site activities.
- Oversee coordination among civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and ICT teams.
- Track and enforce safety protocols, quality standards, productivity levels, and project milestones.
- Manage subcontractors and allocate construction resources effectively.
- Address and solve site-related issues while guaranteeing adherence to project specifications.
- Organize inspections, testing procedures, and the formal handover of works.
- Ensure that construction phases are completed within set deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in construction.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering mission-critical or hyperscale data center facilities.
