Senior Project Manager

Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of data center projects, ensuring that objectives regarding safety, quality, scheduling, budgeting, and operational readiness are met effectively.

Key Duties

• Direct the execution of data center projects from the design phase through commissioning and final handover.
• Manage various project components including timelines, financials, procurement processes, and risk management documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration among engineering, construction, commissioning, and client teams.
• Ensure all activities adhere to relevant codes, standards, and project-specific requirements.
• Track key performance indicators, generate reports, and communicate with stakeholders regularly.
• Supervise the performance of contractors, consultants, and vendors involved in the project.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and preparing the project for operational status.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• At least 15 years of experience in delivering projects.
• Minimum five years specifically managing critical or data center projects.
