Junior Site Engineer

Overview

The Junior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction site activities ensuring smooth execution, maintaining quality standards, and supporting project management tasks. This role involves hands-on site supervision and coordination to facilitate timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil construction activities on-site.
• Assist in daily planning and scheduling to support workflow efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures and safety protocols.
• Monitor site progress and project development regularly.
• Help review design drawings to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Manage materials and labor resources effectively.
• Maintain site documentation and prepare daily reports.
• Support budget monitoring and cost management.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot site issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations.
• Willingness to work on-site with physical presence at the field.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies

• Experience with site execution of civil works, including RCC and finishing tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Knowledge of quality and safety management practices in construction.
• Competency in project coordination and material handling.
• Familiarity with MS Excel for planning and reporting purposes.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude for technical challenges.
