Job description
Role Overview
Enervia Innovations is seeking a Supply & Procurement Manager based in Bhopal to oversee the timely procurement and availability of materials essential for solar projects. This role entails close coordination with suppliers, installation teams, and clients to ensure that projects proceed without delays caused by material shortages or documentation issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with diverse suppliers to source solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, electrical components, and other materials in line with company needs.
- Monitor purchase orders and maintain regular follow-ups with suppliers to guarantee prompt delivery.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure all necessary materials are present on-site before and during installation phases.
- Maintain awareness of upcoming projects, planning procurements accordingly to prevent shortages or unnecessary delays.
- Address and resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, shortages, quality concerns, or changes in requirements expediently.
- Handle all activities related to the PM Surya Ghar portal concerning customers and vendors, including registrations, documentation, application submissions, and follow-ups.
- Maintain meticulous records of purchases, material movements, supplier information, and project-specific material requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication capabilities coupled with effective follow-up skills.
- Proficiency and comfort with computers, online portals, and basic office software applications like Excel and Google Sheets.
- Capability to coordinate concurrently with multiple suppliers and installation teams.
- Excellent organizational aptitude to track multiple projects at different stages simultaneously.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and complete them independently without constant supervision.
- Graduate degree preferred; prior experience in procurement, supply coordination, solar industry, or project coordination is advantageous.
- Familiarity with phone, WhatsApp communications, and online portal navigation is essential.

Compensation: INR 15,000 to 18,000 per month
