Construction Manager

Role Overview

The Construction Manager will oversee all on-site construction processes related to data center projects, ensuring that operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Duties

• Supervise everyday construction site activities.
• Oversee coordination among civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and ICT teams.
• Track and enforce safety protocols, quality standards, productivity levels, and project milestones.
• Manage subcontractors and allocate construction resources effectively.
• Address and solve site-related issues while guaranteeing adherence to project specifications.
• Organize inspections, testing procedures, and the formal handover of works.
• Ensure that construction phases are completed within set deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in construction.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering mission-critical or hyperscale data center facilities.
