Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical innovation through hands-on development aimed at kernel generation and computational graph optimization for the newest NVIDIA GPUs.
• Address complex compiler challenges tailored for AI tasks, including both inference and training, and translate these innovations into consumer and enterprise product solutions.
• Work in close collaboration with experts across software, hardware, and research divisions to design and co-architect future silicon via hardware/software co-design efforts.
• Contribute to the evolution and optimization of AI workloads deployed at datacenter scale.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines; a PhD is highly preferred.
• Minimum of three years in industry focusing on compiler optimizations, synthesis, and placement.
• Hands-on experience with MLIR (Multi-Level Intermediate Representation).
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming with strong software design abilities, meticulous debugging practices, performance assessment, and test strategy formulation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic product-centered environment.
