Role Overview

The Commis Charcuterie is expected to carry out all assigned duties professionally, responsibly, efficiently, and accurately. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service to enhance client loyalty, addressing customer needs, and fostering a positive environment for employee and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety protocols, standardized operational procedures, health and safety policies, corporate guidelines, and other programs or initiatives.
• Provide customer service that effectively meets client needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Prepare customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Support product marketing and promotional programs.
• Handle and prepare charcuterie products diligently.
• Actively promote products to increase in-store sales.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Order and receive stock compliant with company inventory control procedures as needed.
• Manage product loss within the department.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary working environment that complies with company requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as necessary.
