Role Overview

The Commis Chef plays an essential role within the kitchen, ensuring high standards of health, safety, and hygiene. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing food, crafting creative and high-quality dishes, and exceeding guest expectations. Effective communication within the kitchen team, the ability to accept constructive feedback, and multitasking under pressure during busy service periods are crucial.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School education
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations
• Strong passion for collaborative teamwork
• Excellent skills in guest service
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and preservation
• Fundamental understanding of hygiene and safety protocols
