Job description
Role Summary
Join Hilton's team as a Commis III and play an essential part in crafting delicious dishes while providing a warm, memorable hospitality experience for every guest. This role involves preparing meals to high-quality standards, managing food preparation stations, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes according to standardized recipes and maintain top quality standards.
- Efficiently manage guest orders to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Possess and apply in-depth knowledge of menu items including complex recipes, overseeing station execution, quality control, and stock inventory checks.
- Conduct thorough inspections of dishes prior to serving to confirm quality and presentation criteria are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked food service environment while adhering to food safety, storage, and hygiene guidelines.
- Manage supply inventories by preparing requisition orders for necessary food and materials.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to protect both guest and team member well-being.
