Key Duties
- Extend a friendly greeting to arriving guests and complete the check-in protocol by confirming details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and supplying welcome information or bell service assistance.
- Manage the check-out procedure by reviewing guest charges, processing payments accurately via the point-of-sale system, and providing receipts efficiently.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of hotel facilities, room options, pricing, promotions, and local community highlights to effectively address guest inquiries.
- Encourage guests to utilize hotel amenities by applying effective up-selling strategies to enhance revenue from rooms and services.
- Provide attentive guest service by quickly addressing requests, resolving issues attentively and promptly, and handling communications skillfully.
