Overview
Join Hilton as a Commercial Director where you will inspire teams, lead strategic initiatives, and drive the commercial success of one of the globe's foremost hospitality brands. This role involves orchestrating Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Business Development to foster exceptional guest experiences and strengthen the hotel's market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the comprehensive commercial strategy by supervising Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Business Development to enhance overall performance.
- Boost revenue and market share by formulating and implementing robust commercial plans across all segments to maximize profitability and competitive edge.
- Conduct analysis of market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and demand fluctuations to pinpoint opportunities for expansion and growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event coordinators, and vital market stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration with Operations, Finance, and departmental heads to ensure commercial plans align with hotel goals and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor commercial metrics—including KPIs, forecasts, budgets, and business plans—to guarantee revenue and profit targets are met.
- Mentor and guide Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Reservations teams promoting accountability, engagement, and continuous development.
- Act as a prominent representative of the hotel and Hilton brand within the marketplace, enhancing brand visibility and discovering new commercial prospects.
