Role Overview

The Collections Registry Officer role within the CoFAA Team, based in Ellerslie, Auckland, involves assisting New Zealanders in managing their fines and civil matters by providing clear, professional help and guidance. You will support customers through effective communication to address their queries and facilitate access to justice, prioritizing a people-centered approach.

Additional Information

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is between NZD 60,729 and NZD 80,794 annually. Typically, starting salaries for successful candidates range from NZD 64,451 to NZD 69,414, based on individual skills and experience.
