Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by being actively present on the shop floor, providing personalised help, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Maintain accuracy in inventory management by verifying stock levels, carrying out stocktakes, and ensuring that pricing is correct at all times.
• Manage product deliveries promptly and support store tidiness by keeping areas clean and organised.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations and help achieve store targets.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards by following protocols, identifying hazards, and ensuring all work meets company and legal policies.

Work Schedule

Roster option 1:

• Wednesday: 6:00 AM to 12:30 AM
• Thursday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 AM
• Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
