Position Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our locations in Frankston and Mornington. This pivotal role supports store leadership to ensure outstanding operational results and superior customer service delivery.

Working Hours

• Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 38 hours per week
• Store operating hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm
• Role requires some flexibility in working hours

Candidate Profile

• Preferably coming from retail, sales, or hospitality backgrounds
• Eagerness to acquire new skills related to sales and customer service; comprehensive training provided
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently or collaboratively under direction
• Strong problem-solving mindset and accountable for task ownership
• Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service with a proactive, committed approach
• Team-oriented with a hands-on attitude towards diverse activities
• Goal-focused and results-oriented
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Physically capable to perform required duties
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
