The Role

We are seeking a permanent Storage Consultant for our Perth Airport location. Storage Consultants are essential team members supporting daily store operations and collaborating closely with management to achieve outstanding store performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include customer sales and service, administrative assistance, and maintaining the facility. Opportunities for career advancement exist in each of these areas.

Working Hours

The position involves working 36.4 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility to swap one weekday to Monday. Store hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. Some flexibility in scheduling is required.

• Eagerness to acquire new skills related to sales and customer service; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently or under guidance.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ownership of responsibilities.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service with a committed work ethic.
• Team-oriented attitude and practical approach to varied tasks.
• Target-focused and results motivated.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Physical fitness suitable for the role.
• Valid driver’s license.
