CNC Tube Laser Cutter Operator

Role Overview

Join a cutting-edge laser cutting and metal fabrication facility as a CNC Tube Laser Cutter Operator on the day shift. This role involves operating advanced CNC tube laser cutting machines to produce highly accurate tube and profile components using materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, program, and run CNC tube laser cutting equipment efficiently and safely.
• Load and unload tubing and profile materials with care and speed.
• Continuously monitor the quality of cuts and the performance of machinery, making adjustments when necessary.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting on machines to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate forklifts for material handling tasks including loading and unloading.
• Support overhead crane operations as needed.
• Keep thorough and precise production and quality documentation.
• Comply with workplace health and safety standards, quality control guidelines, and company policies consistently.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated prior experience with CNC tube laser cutting machines is mandatory.
• Possession of a forklift (LF) license is required.
• Holding a crane license will be considered an advantage.
• Strong mechanical understanding and keen attention to detail.
• Capability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Dependable, safety-driven, and able to collaborate well within a team setting.
• Effective communication skills and a professional work attitude.
