Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Bending Operator to join our sheet metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sheet metal processes with practical experience in CNC bending operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC bending machines to shape sheet metal components accurately.
- Interpret technical drawings to ensure precision in bend angles and dimensions.
- Manage and maintain dies and punches utilized in the bending process.
- Conduct measurements using vernier calipers and protractors to verify bend degrees and dimensions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a CNC bending operator in sheet metal fabrication.
- Knowledge of die and punch types and their maintenance.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as verniers and protractors.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 16,000 to 20,000.
