Job Overview

This role offers a direct joining opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to operate CNC machines in an automobile parts manufacturing company that produces filters and pumps for major clients like Tata, Maruti, and Mahindra.

Work Location

The job is based in Sainik Colony, Rohtak, Haryana 124001.

Position Details

• Positions available for ITI freshers with a CTC of 19,000 INR and a net take-home of 15,000 INR.
• For experienced ITI holders, the net take-home salary is 22,000 INR (12-hour shift).
• Helpers with 8th, 10th, or 12th grade qualifications are eligible with a salary of 18,000 INR for 12-hour shifts.
• Sunday overtime is paid at double the regular rate.
• Additional income ranging from 7,000 to 10,000 INR is possible by operating a second machine, which is compensated at 30 INR per hour.

Working Hours

The role involves rotational shifts of 12 hours:

• 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Shift timing may vary and rotate periodically.

Facilities and Requirements

• Meals are provided once a day at a subsidized rate of 30 INR.
• Accommodation must be arranged independently, with some assistance from supervisors.
• Candidates must provide Xerox copies of essential documents including Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank account details, qualification certificates, blood group details, a family member's Aadhaar card (for nominee verification), and four passport-sized photos.

Department Allocation

Candidates may be assigned to various departments as required by the company, including Quality, Production, Manufacturing, and Cold Forging.
