Business Development Manager (BDM)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive credit card customer acquisition for SBI Cards by leveraging Bank Corporate Salary Package (CSP) accounts. This role involves close coordination with bank corporate teams to create and capitalize on business opportunities, conduct corporate meetings and presentations, and cultivate strong client relationships to consistently meet monthly sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source new customers for credit card products through bank corporate salary accounts.
• Collaborate with corporate banking teams to uncover sales opportunities.
• Lead presentations and meetings with corporate clients to promote products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales performance.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Preferably have 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, with corporate sales exposure considered advantageous.
• Fresh MBA graduates from Tier 2 or Tier 3 institutions are encouraged to apply.
• Exhibit strong English communication skills.
• Demonstrate a goal-driven mindset coupled with a confident attitude.

Additional Information

• Role requires local travel; candidates must have access to a two-wheeler for commuting.
• Reports directly to the Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) within the bank.
• Employment is on a staffing payroll basis under the PSA staffing agency.
