About the Company and Role
Alloyfusion Techno Services Private Limited invites applications for the position of Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Engineer. The role is based in Sikandrabad Industrial Area, Uttar Pradesh, with a focus on responsibilities particularly in Gujarat and South India regions. The incumbent will drive business expansion and client acquisition across the Indian industrial and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute sales approaches targeting industrial and engineering clientele across India.
- Discover and cultivate new business leads involving public sector undertakings (PSU), multinational corporations (MNCs), and private companies.
- Maintain robust relationships with major clients and key decision-makers.
- Lead technical discussions and deliver product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and oversee project implementations.
- Consistently meet sales quotas and drive revenue growth.
- Travel extensively across India for client engagement, site inspections, and business development activities.
Candidate Profile
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE, B.Tech, or M.Tech) mandatory.
- Professional experience: Between 5 to 10 years in technical or industrial sales roles.
- Proven network or contacts within PSU and MNCs preferred.
- Solid expertise in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Capable of understanding and addressing the technical needs of industrial customers.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Readiness to travel throughout India as required by the role.
Salary Details
Offering a competitive monthly CTC ranging from INR 35,000 to INR 55,000, commensurate with experience.
