Accountant

Overview

AlloyFusion Techno Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a proficient Accountant to join their Accounts & Finance department. The chosen candidate will report directly to Management or an Authorized Manager and oversee the company's daily accounting operations while ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and manage daily accounting entries and financial documentation systematically.
• Process invoices related to purchases, sales, and operational expenses.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and facilitate payment transactions efficiently.
• Compile and prepare statutory compliance documents, including GST and TDS returns.
• Liaise with Chartered Accountants for matters related to accounting, taxation, and audits.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable to maintain financial accuracy.
• Support payroll processing and related salary accounting tasks.
• Generate monthly financial reports and assist management in various fiscal activities.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of all financial data and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a B.Com, M.Com degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Have between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the accounting field.
• Familiarity with Tally software, Microsoft Excel, GST regulations, and TDS procedures.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and meticulous financial record-keeping.

Skill Set

• Expertise in accounting and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficient use of Tally and MS Excel for daily operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GST and TDS compliance requirements.
• Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management capabilities.
