Embroidery Machine Operator

Overview

We are seeking dependable and well-presented individuals to oversee embroidery machine operations within Decathlon retail outlets. This role requires managing embroidery machinery, coordinating tasks, and engaging with customers with basic communication. Comprehensive training will be given to equip candidates.

Primary Duties

• Operate embroidery machines to produce customized designs on clothing and accessories.
• Ensure proper framing of garments and maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
• Engage with customers to grasp their basic design requirements and assist accordingly.
• Work alongside the Decathlon team to ensure timely order processing and updates.
• Keep accurate daily logs of orders handled, materials used, and tasks completed.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of embroidery machines and complete appropriate shutdown procedures after each shift.
• Consistently demonstrate professionalism, positive demeanor, and helpfulness.

Applicant Requirements

• Open to freshers; training will be provided.
• Experience with embroidery machinery or retail floor environments is advantageous.
• Comfortable with customer interaction and basic communication skills.
• Exhibit good discipline, a positive attitude, and a keen willingness to learn.
• Maintain a neat appearance and clear verbal communication.

Working Conditions and Benefits
