Job description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to skillfully handle and oversee CNC machinery operations, ensuring production accuracy and adherence to quality criteria.
Working Schedule
The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM with Wednesdays off as holiday.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery in line with production demands.
- Interpret engineering blueprints and job instructions accurately.
- Set up CNC machines, including configuring tools and fixtures as necessary.
- Continuously supervise machine processes and verify finished parts for precision.
- Utilize precision measuring devices such as Vernier calipers and micrometers to ensure quality.
- Maintain steady production output meeting quality standards.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of machinery and escalate technical problems when identified.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sustain a tidy, orderly workspace.
- Keep detailed records of production and inspection activities.
