CNC Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled CNC Operators with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering and 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC grinding and machine operations. This opportunity is for third-party payroll employment with 15 vacancies available, offering a monthly in-hand salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹28,000. Preference will be given to candidates experienced with Walter, Rollomatic, ANCA, and WIDMA machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee CNC grinding machines in line with production demands.
• Perform various grinding operations including outer diameter (OD), inner diameter (ID), profile, face, rack, and cylindrical grinding.
• Set up and operate CNC machines per drawings, specifications, and process requirements.
• Monitor machine functionality to meet production goals.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain product quality standards.
• Conduct basic adjustments and troubleshoot during machine operation.
• Adhere to production, quality, safety, and housekeeping protocols.
• Inspect components using suitable measurement instruments and gauges.
• Maintain detailed records of production and inspection results.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Proven experience with CNC Profile Grinding machines such as SMS RG / US, HAAS, Walter, Studer, and Micrometric.
• Strong knowledge of machine operations, tooling, measurements, and quality verification.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Willingness to work shifts and achieve production targets.
• Special preference for candidates with Wire Cutting or End Mill Grinding experience.
