Machine Operator - BOBST Folder-Gluer

Role Overview

This full-time position based in Riyadh requires skilled operation of the BOBST Folder-Gluer machine to produce packaging materials. Responsibilities include setting up the machine, running production efficiently and safely, and ensuring output meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up machinery according to production orders.
• Operate the folder-gluer machine, monitoring its performance and adjusting settings as needed.
• Conduct basic maintenance and use hand tools for routine machine adjustments and minor repairs.
• Inspect finished products carefully to maintain quality and conformity to specifications.
• Document production data and promptly report technical problems.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to fulfill production targets and uphold safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean workspace and adhere strictly to workplace safety procedures.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in the production process.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience operating industrial machinery, ideally BOBST Folder-Gluer or similar equipment.
• Strong attention to detail for quality control and inspection tasks.
• Effective communication to coordinate production and maintenance activities.
• Proficiency with hand tools for maintenance and setup.
• Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Basic mechanical skills with the ability to interpret production orders and instructions.
• Physical ability to stand for long durations and manage materials safely in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical or vocational training in machinery operation is a plus.
