About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate with diverse clients using your technical knowledge, sales ability, and skills in customer success to expand our business footprint.
Responsibilities
- Function as the primary point of contact for Azure customers, delivering comprehensive guidance on Azure services, solutions, and support inquiries.
- Take charge of the sales cycle by pitching solutions, preparing quotations, supporting upsells, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, Microsoft, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments related to Azure offers, migration plans, and SaaS provider transitions.
- Estimate the costs associated with Azure consumption and prepare service quotes covering optimisation, migration strategies, health checks, and remediation services.
- Manage tenant provisioning for Azure and onboard customers onto CSP platforms including setting up and managing support processes with tools like ServiceNow.
- Spot financial optimisation avenues such as Azure Hybrid Benefit and Reserved Instances, effectively communicating Data#3’s solutions and value.
Requirements
- Extensive understanding of Microsoft Azure and demonstrated experience advising clients on intricate cloud solutions and decisions.
