Join our AI Business Solutions Team as a Cloud Endpoint Solution Engineer and take charge of the technical approach and implementation for migrating enterprise endpoints to cloud environments. This role requires expert knowledge of Microsoft’s endpoint and virtualization technologies such as Windows 365, Windows 365 Link, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and Cloud Native Management.

In your position as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales engagements, your objective is to secure the technical buying decision by delivering customized demonstrations, managing proof-of-concept implementations, and conducting whiteboarding sessions to align with client business goals. You will collaborate closely with AI Workforce Specialists and sales teams to explore customer challenges, design secure and scalable endpoint architectures, and promote uptake of Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Continuously develop and maintain expertise across Microsoft technologies including Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Entra ID, and Defender.
• Expand customer engagements as a trusted consultant and technical seller with a commitment to learning, enhancing skills in delivery, discovery, demos, and interactive presentations.
• Define technical strategy by staying informed of Microsoft product enhancements and the wider tech ecosystem to resolve customer issues and support decision-making.
• Spearhead solution design and proof of concept efforts to win technical approvals by deeply understanding client business contexts and differentiating Microsoft solutions to influence customer actions.
• Effectively identify when to escalate challenges, counter customer objections, and resolve technical obstacles collaboratively.
• Engage and coordinate with partners during joint sell scenarios, serving as a knowledgeable resource for partners and facilitating technical collaboration.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with at least 3 years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, OR
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 4+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, OR
• Five or more years of equivalent technical pre-sales or consulting experience.

• Guide clients through technical decisions for Microsoft product purchases aligning with their technology strategy.
• Establish and maintain solid, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Effectively demonstrate Microsoft solution capabilities and connect technical architectures to client-specific business challenges.
• Work alongside partners in collaborative selling efforts leveraging the Microsoft partner network.
• Serve as a primary technical contact supporting implementation readiness, proactively identifying and resolving issues to guarantee successful deployments.
