Job Overview
Join our team as a Client Service Analyst and act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of leading Treasury Services clients within the J.P. Morgan Wholesale Payments team. Your role will focus on maintaining and elevating outstanding client service levels, ensuring complete client satisfaction by managing service and operational issues and seizing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, sustain, and expand trusted partnerships with clients; gain deep understanding of their business to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary advisor clients rely on for their treasury services needs.
- Assist in shaping and implementing strategic plans for clients.
- Encourage clients' use of self-service tools to minimize their inquiries.
- Analyze payment activities to uncover efficiency improvements and cross-selling opportunities.
- Share insights and best practices within the service team.
- Support Treasury Services initiatives and participate actively in their execution.
- Identify potential product development and enhancement opportunities.
- Build collaborative relationships internally with sales, operations, product, and technology teams.
- Detect and escalate any risks associated with client activities promptly.
- Document all interactions with clients including calls, meetings, issues, and proactive communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
- Flexible working style to collaborate effectively both independently and within a team.
- Evidence of cultural sensitivity and awareness in client dealings.
- Proven skills in negotiation and client relationship management.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Capability to leverage and mobilize internal resources and networks efficiently.
- Proficient in managing and operating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Experience in client service and portfolio management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with payment products, associated processes, and risk policies is advantageous.
