This position offers a competitive starting salary of €73,600, adjusted based on experience and expertise.

As a Financial Due Diligence Manager within our Transaction Services team, you will play a vital role by providing detailed financial analyses supporting major M&A and capital market transactions. Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with management and junior staff to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Deliver financial due diligence through in-depth financial analysis and preparation of reports.
• Analyze and interpret financial and commercial data, communicating findings clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Examine historical and forecasted trading performance, cash flows, working capital, and balance sheets.
• Identify and communicate key risks and impacts on equity valuation to clients.
• Integrate insights by correlating findings with other transactional workstreams.
• Support stock exchange listing processes, including preparing sponsor reports.
• Maintain excellence in the quality and professionalism of all client deliverables.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Strong academic background demonstrating solid analytical skills.
• Sharp analytical ability with attention to detail.
• Well-developed commercial and market awareness.
• Self-driven and able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent team player with strong organizational, planning, and leadership abilities.
• Superior oral and written communication skills for producing concise, clear reports.

Reporting and Leadership

You will report directly to the Partner of Transaction Services, whose leadership style emphasizes support, empowerment, collaboration, innovation, integrity, client focus, and professional growth. Autonomy and accountability are encouraged under this leadership.

Work Location and Model

This position is based in Dublin or Belfast offices with a flexible hybrid working arrangement that balances office presence with remote work to optimize well-being and productivity. Occasional client site visits may be required.
