Client Retention Associate

Overview

Icici Lombard General Insurance is seeking enthusiastic candidates for the position of Client Retention Associate in their Retention vertical. This role centers on engaging with existing customers to ensure renewal of insurance policies through outbound voice calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone calls targeting existing clients.
• Facilitate the renewal of customers' insurance policies.
• Clearly communicate policy benefits, renewal promotions, and detailed coverage information.
• Persuade customers effectively to secure policy renewals.
• Achieve specified renewal and retention goals consistently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and renewal statuses.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Demonstrates a strong sales-driven mindset and strategic approach.
• Experience in outbound sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Background knowledge of insurance or sales is advantageous.
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduation.
• Experience level: Freshers to candidates with up to 2 years' experience are eligible.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Rotational shifts: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM (each shift lasting 9.5 hours).
• Workdays: 6 days per week with rotation-based weekly offs.
• Salary for freshers: ₹12,500 in-hand monthly; CTC approximately ₹2.10 LPA.
• Salary for experienced candidates: Up to ₹18,000 in-hand monthly; CTC approximately ₹2.79 LPA.
