Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a Telesales Executive to join our team at ICICI Lombard in Malad, Mumbai. This role involves outbound calling to connect with potential customers and explain insurance products clearly, aiming to meet sales targets.
Working Conditions
- Work location: Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Sunday is a fixed day off
- Shift timing: 10 AM to 7 PM
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 in-hand to ₹22,000 CTC
- Unlimited performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
- Explain details and benefits of insurance policies
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)
- At least 6 months of relevant telesales experience
- Strong and clear communication skills
