About the Role
We are seeking Telecallers to join ICICI Lombard General Insurance within the Retail Telesales (RTS) vertical. This role involves 100% outbound voice calling to connect with customers and promote insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both digital and outbound telephonic sales interactions.
- Engage with clients to comprehend their insurance needs effectively.
- Present information about insurance products clearly and confidently to customers.
- Convert potential leads into actual sales while maximizing earnings through incentives.
- Maintain and develop strong, positive relationships with customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess basic communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Exhibit sound reasoning and effective sales capabilities.
- Basic insurance or sales knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Suitable for graduates or candidates who have completed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply enthusiastically.
Working Conditions
- Shifts run from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Work schedule is 6 days per week with Sundays fixed as off.
Compensation
Salary for freshers is approximately ₹16,000 net in-hand with the total cost to company (CTC) around ₹19,000. Experienced candidates can earn up to ₹18,000 in-hand with a CTC near ₹23,000.
