Role Overview

We are seeking energetic and self-driven candidates for the role of Development/Relationship Manager in our Health Agency vertical. This role is tailored for individuals who possess a passion for sales and a willingness to grow and learn within the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents and advisors.
• Drive sales initiatives through the agency channel.
• Motivate and guide the team to meet and surpass sales targets.
• Organize regular meetings and conduct performance evaluations.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum one year of field sales experience.
• Prior experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
