About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Voice Process Executives to join our team at Vijay Nagar, Indore. This full-time position involves managing both inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information.
• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions within the system.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet and exceed individual as well as team performance goals.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor during all customer engagements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Proficient verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong customer service aptitude coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
• Capability to work a 9-hour shift as per schedule.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with experience.
