Job description
Position Overview
The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily cleaning activities, managing personnel, conducting site inspections, and ensuring the highest standards of service quality. The role includes overseeing inventory management, assisting the Cleaning Manager, liaising with clients, and sometimes carrying out or overseeing specialized cleaning operations. Holding a valid driver's license is mandatory.
Key Duties
- Strictly follow scheduled cleaning timelines and complete all assigned tasks punctually.
- Efficiently utilize cleaning supplies to minimize waste.
- Support headquarters' strategies to boost workforce productivity and reduce expenditure.
- Comply rigorously with cleaning standard operating procedures and schedule requirements.
- Enhance individual work competence to meet company cleaning standards.
- Report any operational challenges to immediate supervisors.
- Complete and succeed in all compulsory training programs.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and report any unsafe work conditions or defects immediately.
- Ensure customer feedback is communicated to supervisors.
- Maintain professional behavior when interacting with customers at all times.
- Promptly address any additional instructions from supervisors.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven track record in operations or management roles, ideally within the cleaning or facilities management sector.
