Job Overview
As a Cleaning Operative, you will take responsibility for ensuring that all cleaning equipment is maintained, sanitized, and functions properly in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Understanding the designated areas and the scheduled cleaning tasks is essential, alongside the correct use of cleaning solutions and safety compliance.
Role Responsibilities
This position requires working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Successful completion of all necessary training to perform your duties is expected. Delivering excellent customer service and nurturing productive relationships with clients is a key focus, along with a proactive approach to continuously improving service standards.
Candidate Profile
Basic communication skills in English, including reading ability, are necessary. While previous experience in cleaning is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate honesty, self-motivation, reliability, and professionalism, as well as adaptability to the role's demands.
