Position Overview

Join Boylesports as a Cleaner, where your role will be vital in ensuring that our premises remain spotless, orderly, and inviting for both customers and employees. You will be tasked with maintaining cleanliness in multiple areas, including restrooms, betting terminals, and communal zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Disinfect and clean restrooms comprehensively, including sinks, tubs, toilets, and floors.
• Remove rubbish and change bin liners promptly.
• Keep the betting machines and gaming spaces clean and tidy.
• Keep track of and replenish cleaning materials as needed.
• Follow predetermined cleaning timetables and procedures meticulously.
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations rigorously.
• Alert management immediately of any maintenance issues or hazards observed.

Qualifications and Skills

• While previous commercial cleaning or housekeeping experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
• Applicants should reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the store location.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Strong focus on detail and thoroughness in task completion.
• Good communication abilities coupled with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Capacity to understand and follow instructions clearly.

Working Schedule and Benefits

• Work shifts range between 1 to 2 hours daily and cover 4 to 7 days each week, scheduled outside Boylesports' operating hours.
