About The Role
This position involves maintaining excellent cleaning standards as instructed by management while properly using and caring for cleaning equipment. The role demands fostering positive relationships with clients at the contractual site, promptly addressing any questions or complaints, and carrying out additional reasonable tasks assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain superior cleanliness standards as directed by supervisors.
- Operate and maintain cleaning tools and equipment responsibly.
- Establish and encourage positive interactions with all clients on site.
- Respond swiftly and efficiently to client inquiries or concerns.
- Complete any other lawful duties as assigned by management.
Essential Criteria
- Prior experience in cleaning, particularly the ability to perform manual cleaning tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with others.
- Competent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
