Job Summary

We are seeking casual cleaning staff to deliver high-quality cleaning services. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and successful completion of a background check. Pay is $16.35 per hour.

Primary Duties

• Perform various cleaning tasks, such as dusting and disinfecting, tailored to client specifications at each location.
• Maintain high standards of work quality.
• Be punctual and present for scheduled shifts.
• Read and interpret Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) with provided training.
• Complete mandatory safety training.

Physical Demands

• Operate in a fast-paced environment requiring good physical and mental wellness.
• Capability to bend, stoop, reach, stand for extended periods, and lift or carry up to 25 pounds for most of the shift.
• Perform repetitive manual labor on a daily basis.
• Walk extensive floor areas.
• Effectively handle and maneuver large cleaning machinery.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and coworkers.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Self-driven and able to follow directions.
• Willingness to perform physical, hands-on work.
• WHMIS certification preferred; training is available.
• First aid training is an advantage.
