Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Civil Inspector to join our award-winning team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This role offers an opportunity to work within a supportive culture that encourages professional growth, health and wellbeing, and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to Inspection Requests submitted by contractors, taking necessary actions.
• Examine submitted shop drawings for compliance with contract drawings, specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international best practices.
• Identify and report any contractor work that deviates from approved drawings and specifications to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor construction quality, site safety, health, and environmental compliance, ensuring adherence to contractual specifications, quality control standards, and safety assessments.
• Keep detailed daily site records, including progress photographs, and ensure records are accessible for inspections as needed.
• Prepare surveillance reports documenting work deficiencies and issue Non-Conformance Reports when necessary.
• Ensure effective coordination among various disciplines involved in the project.
• Offer technical advice and share experience to resolve discipline-specific issues onsite.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years professional experience in civil inspection roles.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Experience in hospitality and high-rise building projects is essential.
