Civil Engineer

Job Overview

Esnad Contracting is looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team located in Taif, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, maintain effective coordination with subcontractors and consultants, track the progress of projects, and ensure all construction activities adhere to the approved plans, technical specifications, quality requirements, and safety protocols.

Key Duties

• Supervise the execution of all on-site construction activities to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Verify that work complies fully with project drawings and specifications approved by relevant authorities.
• Serve as the liaison between consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
• Regularly monitor project advancement and prepare detailed daily and weekly progress reports for management review.
• Support troubleshooting and solution implementation for any technical or site challenges that arise during construction.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• At least five years of practical experience in managing and executing construction projects is essential.
• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Applicants must be Saudi nationals to be eligible.
