Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and assess comprehensive cost estimates and tender documentation for various projects.
• Analyze drawings, technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and defined work scopes to ensure accuracy.
• Perform quantity take-offs and price components appropriately for tender submissions.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, procurement departments, and project managers to gather necessary data and quotations.
• Support the preparation of precise and competitive tender packages.
• Evaluate and scrutinize quotations received from subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in construction estimation and tender processes.
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure project environments.
• Familiarity with BOQs, detailed drawings, technical specifications, and quantity calculation procedures.
• Solid understanding of construction materials, methodologies, and cost components.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and relevant engineering or estimation software tools.
