Draftsman – Infrastructure

Position Overview

Esnad Contracting Company is actively seeking skilled Draftsmen to join an urgent infrastructure project based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The available roles include Electrical Draftsmen, Mechanical Draftsman, Structural Draftsman, Wet Utilities Draftsman, and Architectural Draftsman.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and modify various drawings such as shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings accurately reflecting engineering designs and site instructions.
• Produce precise drawings grounded on engineering plans, project specifications, and site conditions.
• Collaborate across disciplines to detect and resolve any potential conflicts in the drawings prior to construction.
• Incorporate data from site measurements, red-line markups, and Request for Information (RFI) feedback into drawing updates.
• Provide assistance to Technical Office and Engineering teams by revising drawings and managing technical documents.
• Support the extraction of quantities and technical details from approved drawings when needed.
• Organize and maintain CAD/BIM documentation and drawings for effective record-keeping.
• Ensure that all drafts comply with project standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Possess between three to five years of drafting experience focused on infrastructure or construction projects.
• Demonstrate strong skills and proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Hands-on experience working with shop drawings and as-built drawings is essential.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D, Revit, or Navisworks will be considered a valuable advantage.
• Solid understanding of technical drawings and expertise in multidisciplinary coordination.
