Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer will lead the company’s strategic vision and direction, ensuring that both operational and financial targets are achieved effectively. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily business activities and spearhead the creation and implementation of business strategies.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with stakeholders, representing the company to partners, customers, and regulatory authorities.
• Evaluate performance metrics, prioritize department goals, and authorize critical investments and projects.
• Promote a diverse and high-achieving work environment consistent with the company’s core values.

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in financial oversight and business planning for managing budgets, investments, and long-term growth plans.
• Experience in operations management along with sales and market expansion knowledge.
• Advanced skills in strategic planning with a proven background in senior leadership roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and abilities in managing stakeholder relations.
• Capability to interpret data-driven insights and handle risks in complex business settings.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a relevant discipline; a Master’s degree is viewed favorably.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
