Job Overview
As an essential part of the management team, the Team Leader supports both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager by overseeing daily store activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and manage team members by providing advice and support.
- Oversee store presentation, restocking shelves, and handling daily shipment unpacking and packing.
- Ensure customer service excellence standards are consistently met.
- Perform managerial duties during shifts, including managing breaks and attendance.
- Implement and uphold visual presentation standards.
- Address customer complaints promptly, resolving concerns efficiently.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store.
- Manage cash handling and conduct store opening and closing when necessary.
- Participate in inventory control and new employee training programs.
- Follow up on delegated tasks and engage in hiring and performance evaluations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least one year of retail experience.
- Between one and two years of supervisory experience.
- A strong desire to advance within the company.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- Effective leadership skills and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
